SP95 High quality solar borehole pump and control box for DIY Installation.

The following is supplied with this option:

This pump needs a solar panel configuration with a minimum power delivery of 360W and a maximum voltage of 100V.

The SP95 pump is a positive displacement pump, which means that it will still operate even if at its maximum head of 95 meters. With its wide efficiency range and durability, it is perfect for irrigation, long distance water displacement, gardening, aquaculture, etc.

Product Description:

The solar borehole pump has a stainless steel screw and a rubber stator. The pump motor is a magnetized brushless motor. The combination of pump and motor has a maximum efficiency of 85%, which is almost 25% higher than most traditional AC pumps. The pump casing, shaft core and pump body is manufactured from stainless steel, with the pump motor also manufactured from stainless steel with an oil-bath design. The material selection leaves the user assured that the pump is made to last in water of any consistency free from foreign material (solids).

The design is compact noiseless and pollution-free. The control box is designed to protect the pump from under-voltage, over-voltage, over-flow, overload, dry running, etc.

All items in this kit is designed to be easy to install, maintenance-free and reliable.

Operating conditions:

The screw-type SP95 pump is designed to operate in non-corrosive water, with a volumetric ration of water to sand of less than 1%. Sand particle size should also not exceed 0.2mm. The maximum operating temperature of the water should be +/- 40 degrees Celsius, with a PH of 6.5 – 8.5.

The pump must be immersed in water at all times.

Application:

These electric pumps series are workable within maximum head, as there are no restrictions of BDC. Working condition:

Non-corrosive water; the volume ratio of sand content no more than 1‰ particle size less than 0.2mm.
Max medium temperature up to +40℃ ; PH value remains 6.5-8.5.
Work close to the rated head and must be immersed in water.
